This page contains all the information you need in case you want to return a watch you ordered from us.
Before you read more about the below details: It is important that you check your goods and products carefully when you receive them in order to verify that they are not damaged. If your product is damaged because of the transport, please report this immediately to your carrier.
Please note that this return policy only applies to all articles bought through this website. If you have ordered through a retailer, please contact their customer service directly.
1. Return period
Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Items that cannot be returned
Gift cards are exempt from being returned.
3. Partially refundable returns
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted. These include, but are not limited to: Any item that is not in its original condition, any item that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
5. Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, we recommend to first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

To return your product, please first write us an email to email@example.com including your order number. Then, you should mail your product to: Mermaid Stories ApS, Returns, Strandlodsvej 9A 2.TV, 2300 Copenhagen S, Denmark.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over 75 EUR, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
